Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Blue Ash, OH

Schedule: Flexible hours; typical shifts include 7:00-3:30, 7:30-4:00, or 8:00-4:30. Occasional extended hours until 4:30 may be required to support FedEx shipments.

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support logistics operations within a service center environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on tasks and is eager to learn. All job functions can be trained on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.

Receive, inspect, and stock spare parts from multiple suppliers.

Pack and ship spare parts and medical devices to domestic and international destinations.

Manage movement and transfer of devices within the service center and inventory systems.

Deliver packages to internal requestors.

Update service systems to ensure accurate inventory and asset tracking.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Communicate issues or opportunities to management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

0-2 years of experience; prior experience is a plus but not required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with FedEx and DHL shipping software.

Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Exposure to warehouse organization and logistics.

Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
