General Production Worker - 2nd & 3rd Shift | $22-$30/hr

?? Location: Washington, MO

?? Shifts Available: 2nd or 3rd

?? Pay Range: $22/hr - $30/hr

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials.

Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components.

Rotate through various production tasks to support workflow.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Essential Skills:

Willingness to learn and take on different roles within the team.

Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

Dependable work ethic and a positive attitude.

Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in fast-paced, physically demanding work (or willingness to learn).

Team-oriented mindset.

Eagerness to grow and develop new skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00/hr.
