What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Monitor access points to the location, verify credentials, and manage entry and exit procedures in alignment with site protocols.

Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or hazards to Allied Universal management and site contacts as appropriate.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support the ongoing protection of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
