accepting applications for a: Part Time Finance Clerk This position is
responsible for performing a wide variety of branch functions to
include:
Assist with preparing various monthly, quarterly, and yearly
financial reports
Process daily loan payments received by mail
Assist with preparation of monthly management reporting
Serves as back up for various duties for Accounts payable vendor
payment and management
Assists Information Security with review and logging of daily,
monthly, and monthly reports.
Skills/Experience/Training Required:
Two year accounting certificate; or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, In particular Word and Excel
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest,
commissions, proportions, and percentages
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
