$2500 Sign-on Bonus for Machine Operators!

What will you do in this role?

Participate in Lean Manufacturing Environment.

Contribute to a self-directed Workforce.

Responsible for achieving daily level load for assigned team.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

Highschool diploma or GED required

Previous manufacturing, construction, technical labor, or military experience preferred.

Ability to wear required PPE (respirators, goggles, etc.) and be able to work with hazardous chemicals, must be clean shaven every day.

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Must be able to work a 4x4 shift - (4) 11-hour days on, four (4) days off, average 38.5 hours per week (must be able to work rotating days and nights or days/nights non-rotating).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is $24.68 per hour.
