As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a financial institution location. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the financial institution in a calm, problem-solving manner while following Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and protect assets within the facility.

Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.

Complete detailed reports and documentation related to patrol observations, incidents, and/or other security-related activities as required.

Remain alert and prepared to respond to security-related emergencies or incidents specific to financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

Being at least 21 years of age is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Pepper spray certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
