As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in South Bend, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols will help maintain order, while your customer service skills will create a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the logistics and distribution location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, vehicles, and materials within the premises.

Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel at Allied Universal.

Support emergency response activities and work collaboratively with on-site staff during incidents.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
