Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities.
Responsibilities
Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage, sort, label, and store items in designated locations.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are handled safely to minimize damage.
Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment, performing routine maintenance checks as needed.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, reporting any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand or walk for extended periods.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking, inventory counts, and other warehouse tasks.
Basic math skills for counting inventory and understanding stock levels.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
