As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols at a bustling retail location. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner according to company protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe for signs of irregularity and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Assist customers, staff, and visitors with general inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
