What We Offer:

Mileage reimbursement when driving for client

Additional mileage reimbursement driving client to doctor's appt. in San Francisco 2-4 times a month.

Sick time (accrued in accordance with the state law)

Spread Your Wings was established in 2015 in a small one room office in Morgan Hill, California. Since then, has expanded to several offices across California. We are dedicated to providing a wide range of services to intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals. We are currently seeking motivated individuals, with a real passion for helping others to join our Supportive Living Services team in Suisun, CA.

No prior experience? No problem! We are willing to train.

As a personal care attendant, you would help to maintain a safe, supportive environment, which ensures the quality of living of our clients. You would work closely with individuals to provide the appropriate support tailored to their abilities, needs, desires and interests to enable each to live as independently as possible. By assisting, supporting, encouraging, empowering and teaching individuals to achieve their set goals established in their ISP. While consistently following the individual(s) treatment plans, you would provide companionship, guidance, and supervision, so that they can have an independent life of their choosing, leading to a brighter future.

The Ideal Personal Attendant:

Has a real passion for helping others.

Caregiving experience a plus.

Professionalism and respect for clients and colleagues

Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Reliable, energetic, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Act as a positive role model to support client and establish a constructive and appropriate personal relationship with client.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be willing to drive a client in your personal vehicle that is in safe operating condition.

Must satisfactorily pass DOJ background check.

Must satisfactorily pass motor vehicle record check.

Must have a valid and current California driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and valid vehicle registration
