As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Greenville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence will offer reassurance to employees and visitors, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and strong communication will be valued. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and surrounding perimeter areas.

Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence during patrols and reporting any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.

Document and report observations, incidents, and/or any security-related occurrences as required by site procedures.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members, client staff, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Adapt to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
