Your seat at the table: Maintenance and Tool Room Supervisor You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Lead, Manage, and Drive Accountability o Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance organization. o Schedule, supervise and motivate employees in the Maintenance and Tool Room departments o Coordinate Training for Apprentices per the program defined by the state. o Create and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life. o Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships. Facility Management o Oversee the necessary Building and Grounds maintenance for the facilities of SynergyOps. o Coordinate work performed by outside contractors and internal resources. o Maintain a facility plan which identifies the capital requirements for the facilities\' future planning. Project Management o Work with Manufacturing Engineering to assist in new projects implementation, including timeline creation, cost estimation, and outside vender communication. o Work with Manufacturing Engineering to identify cost savings, timeline reduction, and best practices for the facility, equipment, and maintenance team demands. o Directs and coordinates equipment installation activities We need this seat to have: Bachelor\'s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience in maintenance management. 510 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 35 years in a leadership role Proven experience with preventive/predictive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, and reliability-based practices. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Strong Mechanical, Numatics, and Electrical background preferred Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multiple departments. Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (preferred) This seat reports to: Manufacturing Director Our company believes leaders are critical to the success of each individual.
