As a Security Officer Rover - Commercial building , you will serve and safeguard clients in a commercial building, office setting, or plaza. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Pay Rate: $18/ hour
Location: Coconut Grove, FL

Valid Florida Security License D License
2+ Years Security Experience
Require Excellent Customer Service Skills for High End Tennants and Visitors
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21+ years of age
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
