Quality Improvement Manager

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity Skill in preparing, implementing and monitoring plans of correction or other corrective action when needed Ability to provide budgetary oversight for areas of responsibility including, but not limited to payroll, equipment expenditures and budgetary planning. Directly manage patient grievance program / committee for the hospital. Meet minimum qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in quality assurance or a related field. o 5 years' progressive experience in quality improvement. o 3 years' experience directing or managing a quality improvement or QUAPI program o 3 years' supervision preferred. o Other combinations of experience and educations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
