Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Customer Service opportunity in Garner, NC (Onsite). Responsibilities for Customer Service include but are not limited to:

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

· Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

· Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

· Process changes or cancellations to orders.

· Deliver quality service by providing effective and efficient support to internal business partners.

· Display professionalism, flexibility, and commitment while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.

· Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues.

· Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.

· Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

· Pay: $17.00 per hour

· Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

· Location: Garner, NC (Onsite)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
