Responsibilities

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support Eastman's Recreation team. This position also serves as the front desk receptionist at the Toy F. Reid Employee Center, which requires interacting with a broad array of stakeholders, including employees, retirees, community members, vendors and external organizations.

Responsibilities:- Answering phones, responding to e-mail, processing sales of merchandise and fees, and handling face-to-face inquiries. - Maintaining Recreation Club memberships, including executing the annual membership renewal process.- Providing support for Eastman campground, including maintaining the online reservation system, communicating with campers, addressing questions and resolving issues.- Managing conference room reservations for several facilities.- Creating social media postings and maintaining content on internal digital signage, Facebook and internal and external websites.- Tracking, maintaining and reporting program participation. - Timekeeping for the Recreation staff.- Serving as ERC Club representative for various member-led clubs and liaise between clubs and Recreation leadership, providing consultation to ensure continuity in program delivery, adherence to company policies and Recreation Club bylaws.- Supporting miscellaneous employee and alumni events in the Recreation organization.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Associate's degree or coursework in business administration, office management, or related field is preferred.
