Description

We are in search of a Jr. Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Fairfax, Virginia. This role is a contract position. and is ideal for someone wanting to grow within a great company. In this role, you will provide a wide range of administrative and reception support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties

Maintain the office environment and ensure it is organized and functional

Track expense reports and ensure they are accurately recorded and processed

Perform general administrative duties as needed

Maintain a strong work ethic and provide exceptional customer service

Utilize MS Office applications and data entry skills to perform tasks efficiently

Act as the first point of contact representing our organization.

Requirements

1+ years of office experience

Need to have great attention to detail and accuracy

Competence using Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be proficient using computers and has to be very tech savvy

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Can start immediately.
