Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Job Description

Are you ready to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We're hiring motivated individuals who are either new to production or experienced professionals seeking to expand their skill set and advance their careers.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, saws, and tape measures with precision.

Safely lift, move, and position window components weighing between 35-55 lbs.

Achieve daily production targets by meeting established line standards.

Perform 100% self-inspection of all parts-both finished and unfinished-at your workstation.

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, team-oriented work environment.

Essential Skills

Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Frequent lifting and transferring of 35 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Capability to reach overhead and bend/pivot at the waist throughout the day.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform fine hand movements regularly.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Good attention to detail.

Comfortable with hand and power tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
