Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Pay/Shift

17/hr

1st shift - 6am-2:30pm - M-F

Job Description

We are looking for entry-level production workers who are eager to learn and possess a positive attitude, punctuality, and reliable attendance. This role involves assembling heating elements and industrial ovens, following detailed drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble heating elements and industrial ovens according to drawings and instructions.

Drill and tap holes for mounting components.

Attach various connections and wire electrical components.

Mechanically assemble the final product.

Essential Skills

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience following blueprints or engineered drawings.

Basic wiring skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with brazing is a plus.

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
