Our client, the healthcare industry, is seeking a Cook II to join their team. As a Cook II, you will be part of the culinary support staff supporting hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cook II

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $18.66

Shift: Thursday to Monday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

What's the Job?

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must provide proof of recent T-Dap vaccination, MMR & Varicella titers, and flu shot

Must wear black slip-resistant shoes and black pants (not yoga or sweatpants)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
