Employee performs routine sanitation duties in a Food Service Area.

Maintains equipment & supplies needed in service area; reports

equipment failures to the designated supervisor.

Set up & tear down as well as perform routine maintenance on dish

machine. Assists in production, transporting, and serving of food, as necessary.

Assists in arrangement of dining area/food service equipment.

FLSA: Non-Exempt\ \ Schedule: This position will cover the midnight shift\ \ Minimum Acceptable Qualifications\ \

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability and willingness to follow instructions.

Ability to follow simple directions.

Ability to count.

Knowledge of kitchen equipment & cleaning solutions.

Knowledge of sanitation procedures and practices.

Ability to move heavy objects.
