Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Riverside Community Care is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to become part of our amazing team!

As the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist you will:

provide a warm reception to visitors at the front desk and provide assistance with their requests

answer telephone and emails and direct caller to the appropriate individual(s) and/or program

manage conference room schedules

coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing)

maintain common areas and kitchen/office supplies as needed

provide administrative support to the Human Resources team

data entry in a variety of systems

perform other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm

We are seeking someone who can work these morning hours consistently and is also available to fill in for afternoon shifts (12:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.) as needed.

Rate: $20.60/hourly

Required Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to work independently

Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office

Required Experience

High school diploma/G.E.D.

One-year administrative experience in a business setting
