Robert Half is working with a growing company in North Hampton, NH to find an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a busy office, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and office staff

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and internal inquiries promptly

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and meeting materials

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate logistics

Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records

Manage office supplies and handle ordering as needed

Support special projects and general office tasks as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
