Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our small but growing agricultural company. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to the success of our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment and is passionate about agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

Manage and organize office supplies, placing orders as needed.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice tracking.

Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.

Help organize company events and meetings.

Perform general office duties and support other team members as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in office administration or agriculture is a plus.

Previous office experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Interest in agriculture or willingness to learn about the industry.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
