As the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for our Patient Placement team, you'll provide both clinical and administrative leadership-supporting your team through mentorship, scheduling, performance evaluations, and daily touchpoints. You'll also play a vital role in unit operations over the patient flow coordinator team. Coverage of 7 hospitals in the Charlotte market to coordinate transportation for incoming patients around and through facilities. Arranging ground transportation and arranging emergencies through helicopter transport as well.

Schedule : Flexible mid-shift with some weekends; Full-Time

Department : Centralized Bed Management

Location : Presbyterian Medical Center - Charlotte, NC

What We're Looking For

Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.

Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.

Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
