As a Security Officer - Manufacturer Patrol Driver in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer serving a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Your presence and communication skills will contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.

Monitor access points and check credentials as required to control entry to restricted areas.

Observe and report on activities, incidents, or unusual circumstances to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.

Support the enforcement of site policies and protocols related to personnel, visitors, and property within the location.

Maintain detailed logs and write reports regarding daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and/or the client.

Collaborate with other security-related personnel and site staff to help promote a secure work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
