About the Role:
As CBRE's US Property Management Multi Market Sales SVP, you will be primarily responsible for identifying, pursuing, driving and winning US multi-market expansion and consolidation opportunities within the existing US client base.
This role will lead the solutioning process for all opportunities within the core business as well as partnering with the US Investor Portfolio Management (IPM) Client Solutions team in the development and management of the opportunity pipeline. Responsibilities for the role encompass the entire sales process. This position will have a home base in the US, will involve direct client interaction, and will include travel to client sites as required.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the Client Solutions, Global Client Care, and Market Leadership teams to improve pipeline growth and individual client prospecting strategies for multi-market growth and integration possibilities.
Expand business offerings to existing clients by increasing the adoption rate for platform initiatives and products, leads the sale of as-a-solution portfolio product offerings, including, but not limited to Tenant Experience Management, Sustainability and Accounting Only amongst others.
Identify and develop net new multi-market clients through CBRE networking channels and/or through other targeted market or regional targets.
Support the development of new client operating models, with particular reference to driving client value through standardization and consistency of service, cost savings (at corporate and asset level), technologies, financials, etc.
Assess client reports on operational expenditures and the client's strategic direction to build suitable methods for delivering services.
Review client and CBRE market data such as financial performance, employee allocation, portfolio information, historic property records, and baseline service levels.
Partner internally to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions.
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of CBRE's current service delivery models and outstanding products.
Lead, support and attend large and high-profile client pitches and solutioning workshops as needed.
Support the leadership of the team through management of targets, pipeline, pitch, training and standard process sharing.
Be an ambassador for Property Management both internally, with other CBRE service lines, and externally, with clients and other competitors and associated industries.
Maintain a high profile in the industry by attending industry events, taking the opportunity to take part in appropriate speaking events.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and other colleagues to act while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems by using the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
Significantly challenge, improve, and change current methods, processes, and standards within the team.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Extensive experience in both Property Management and Asset Management roles. Alternatively, significant expertise in commercial real estate, improving comprehension of Property and Asset Management functions.
Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function within a matrix organizational structure.
Very strong influencing experience and skills.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills with an advanced, inquisitive perspective.
Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
