Job Duties and Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and execution-driven professional to join our Prepaid Sales Operations team and help strengthen the Gen Mobile Prepaid business. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on field experience and has a passion for improving retailer performance through training, process innovation, and operational excellence.
This role focuses on developing and implementing retailer best practices, driving operational efficiency, and designing impactful training programs that enhance sales and profitability. You'll work closely with the Prepaid Sales Operations, Field Sales, Operations, and Brand teams to bring initiatives to life in the field and ensure consistent retailer success across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Business Operations Manager - Prepaid, collaborating with field sales and operations to deliver coordinated project support and accelerate go-to-market execution
Design, build, and deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) for new products, channel expansions, and promotional launches to field teams, retailers, and distributors
Develop onboarding content and webinars for newly partnered retailers and sales teams
Create and maintain a Retailer Principal Training Program covering topics such as wireless business fundamentals, team growth, and profitability optimization
Gather and document dealer best practices to build a living library of sales, operations, and profitability tools
Conduct field visits with key field teams, retailers, and distributors to assess performance, identify gaps, and translate insights into internal process improvements including 50% travel to visit field sales teams and distributors account managers for training and ridealongs
Provide market-level launch support, ensuring retailer readiness and consistent execution of sales strategies
Manage and measure training initiatives, reporting on results, learnings, and opportunities for future improvement
Maintain a local test market to pilot and refine training and sales programs including responsibility for visits, training, and activations for local test market retailers
Lead ongoing development and maintenance of Gen Mobile University training materials
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of account management experience
Minimum 5 years of direct or indirect retailer channel experience
At least 3 years of experience selling wireless products or services
Drive measurable retailer improvement, growth in sales performance, operational efficiency, and profitability among trained partners
Accelerate go-to-market readiness, ensure new programs, launches, and promotions are retail-ready on schedule and executed consistently
Increase training engagement and adoption, monitor participation, feedback, and completion rates across internal and external partners
Enhance dealer experience, improve satisfaction and retention by building tools and training that add real value to the retail relationship
Deliver scalable training solutions, develop repeatable, high-impact content that can be used across multiple regions and teams
Support company growth objectives, contribute directly to sales and channel expansion goals through effective implementation and enablement
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Naturally curious and proactive learner with a growth mindset
Self-motivated and results-oriented with high energy and attention to detail
Ability to travel up to two weeks per month
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with executives and cross-department teams

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
