Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our team in Oregon, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee operational procedures, manage personnel, and ensure the efficiency of field activities and office processes. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational success while fostering team development and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Management team and field technicians, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Manage warehouse inventory, tools, and fleet vehicles to optimize logistics and operational efficiency.

Uphold quality standards in workmanship, customer service, and team conduct.

Conduct monthly financial forecasting and present detailed performance reports during meetings.

Drive the department's profitability by meeting operational and financial targets.

Facilitate training programs, coaching sessions, and annual performance reviews for team members.

Apply expertise in Project Management practices to enhance operational processes and outcomes.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Requirements

4-6 years of experience in Construction, Low Voltage field operations, installation, or service delivery, including direct Project Management experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams with strong General and Project Management skills.

High school diploma required; college education or degree is highly preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on tasks.

Familiarity with D-Tools or similar project/task tracking systems is desirable.

Knowledge of Low Voltage Systems such as Fire Alarm, Security, Nurse Call, and AV is advantageous.

Experience in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
