IT Support Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to internal and external clients, including executive-level stakeholders. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:1. Technical and Troubleshooting Support

Install, configure, and repair computer systems, peripherals, and related hardware.

Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve connectivity and performance issues.

Monitor local servers and networks, implementing alerting systems to prevent failures.

Deliver tailored technical support to users across various departments and job functions.

Networking and Systems Administration

Set up and maintain job site networks, including high-speed internet and wireless configurations.

Troubleshoot wired and wireless devices using knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (CompTIA Network+ preferred).

Perform client-side configuration and imaging using tools such as PowerShell and SCCM.

Administer mobile devices through MDM platforms like Cisco Meraki.

Customer Service and Communication

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced support environment.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Offer high-touch support to executive stakeholders, including attorneys and C-suite personnel.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support or a related technical role.

Familiarity with networking protocols, system imaging, and mobile device management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bismarck, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
