CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Consultant position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 months

Duties:

Support and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities, including Event Management, Predictive AIOps, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog).

Maintain and enhance correlation rules, anomaly detection, and alert suppression logic.

Collaborate with ITSM teams to ensure accurate incident and alert routing.

Conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements in automation and noise reduction.

Support upgrades, testing, and documentation for AIOps-related applications.

Skills & Experience:

8+ years of ServiceNow experience, focused on ITOM and AIOps.

Strong hands-on experience with Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Discovery.

Proficient integrating ServiceNow with tools like Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or AppDynamics.

Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

Scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
