What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity encountered during patrols or assigned responsibilities.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
