What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and site matters.

Complete required documentation and logs related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities as directed.

Support access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
