What You'll Do:

Monitor and coordinate communications between personnel, visitors, and emergency responders within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Utilize dispatch systems to relay information and instructions to on-site security-related teams and/or relevant staff.

Respond to alarms and incidents by notifying appropriate personnel and providing clear, calm instructions.

Document and maintain detailed records of incidents, calls, and dispatch activities.

Assist with access control by remotely granting or denying entry based on established site-specific policies and procedures.

Support emergency response activities by communicating accurate information to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by addressing inquiries and assisting with site-specific protocols.

Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining constant awareness of site operations through surveillance systems and/or communication.

Follow all site-specific security-related procedures as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
