As a Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in access control at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and helping to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with visitors and personnel, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a visible presence to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

Assist with controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points.

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor activity and report any unusual behavior or incidents in accordance with company guidelines.

Support emergency response activities as appropriate for the site.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Willingness to work at sites with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
