OVERVIEW
As a Maintenance Manager, you will Lead 24/7 maintenance support for the site, ensuring necessary maintenance of all equipment associated with production and manufacturing. You will supervise the maintenance team to maintain and improve current manufacturing effectiveness.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Attract, develop and retain a diverse qualified staff through effective training, succession planning strategies and ongoing performance feedback.
Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity throughout the organization through clear communication, collaboration and recognition.
Supervise the site preventative maintenance program. Develop and implement robust systems and tools to detect and mitigate unplanned system and equipment failure.
Ensure timely and relevant communications to and from all levels of the maintenance organization. This includes ensuring communications between affected reporting areas and to related departments. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all functions of the site.
Oversee work performed by site maintenance personnel. Establish culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance to all applicable business policies, laws and regulations, inclusive of U.S. Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) regulations, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP's) and other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, and processes.
Lead maintenance of site manufacturing equipment and systems. Develop asset care roadmaps to safeguard expected equipment and process reliability.
Provide site calibration program that is executed in compliance of applicable regulatory requirements.
Develop strategic direction for site maintenance department. Monitor quality of implementation against overall project / program / site objectives.
Manage the financial performance of the department in accordance with the planned budgets. Implement spend controls to deliver budget adherence and develop strategies for cost improvement.
Manage site shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or other technical discipline that is relevant to the role
5+ years of experience in people leadership.
8+ years of experience supporting manufacturing.
8+ years of experience in key engineering disciplines including process, instrumentation & controls, facilities, utilities, and equipment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience with the regulatory standards and requirements for a food manufacturing environment.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 - $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
