What You'll Do:

Manage access control at the location by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors according to site-specific policies.

Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Provide customer service to employees and visitors by answering questions and assisting with navigation of the premises.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to observe and report security-related concerns and/or incidents.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Complete logs, reports, and incident documentation as required by site-specific protocols.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site representatives to communicate security-related concerns and/or updates as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Familiarity with alarm panels is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
