Description Position Summary: The Sales Assistant E-Commerce Manager is responsible for maximizing donations to ensure sales and revenues are met via online sales by providing leadership and guidance within organizational guidelines. Operational Excellence - Sales: Ensure E-Commerce sales are maximized through online marketplaces and quality assurance of listings. Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manages facility personnel needs. Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication. Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals. Safety and Risk: Ensure safety and protection of employees, assets and facilities. Job Pay & Perks: Pay range: $60,400 - $88,550 Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.
