Location: Houston, TX & Louisiana Gulf Region (with periodic travel to Houston office)

Role Overview

We're seeking a Jr. Outside Sales Account Manager to join our client's growing team. This role focuses on both account management (60%) and new business development (40%) . The ideal candidate will nurture relationships with key accounts while identifying new opportunities in the Houston and Louisiana Gulf markets.

You'll work closely with the Senior Sales Manager, conduct in-person sales presentations, and provide responsive customer support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while prospecting for new business.

Conduct product presentations and site visits within the assigned territory.

Support the Senior Sales Manager with sales initiatives and project coordination.

Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up communication.

Track and exceed sales targets through proactive account engagement.

Qualifications

2-3 years of industrial insulation sales experience , ideally with metal or aluminum jacketing products .

2+ years in account management and customer service .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships .

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals .

Knowledge of additional insulation products is a plus .

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
