Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
Experience working with retail clients.
Experience in facilitation and influencing executive leadership levels by building relationships.
Experience across Google's media and techical platforms.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated investigative business approach.
Ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting, both internally and externally.

The Specialty Retail team sits at the intersection of Google product innovation and deep customer partnership. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Build and cultivate CXO relationships with partners to unlock opportunities, influence strategy and drive forward business objectives.
Structure actionable Joint Business Plans between Google and partners, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive shared success.
Plan for and achieve growth goals through the delivery of comprehensive Google advertising solutions that help partners meet their business objectives.
Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
Collaborate across immediate team and broader internal teams to deliver the full value of Google and spur the next phase of innovation and growth for partners.
