Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor

Pay Rate: $30 - $33 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to assist with maternity leave coverage, starting as soon as possible. This role will involve administrative duties related to both Procurement and Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process supplier requests via email.

Approve W9 requests and input information into the system.

Verify vendor information in the system and ensure contract details match.

Request Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.

Match invoices to POs and approve payments in the system.

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely payment processing.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Accounts Payable processing is preferred.

Understanding of the AP process and the ability to match invoices to POs.

Experince with Oracle Fusion

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Proficient in using accounting software and systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

100% remote with flexible hours, but must be available during EST hours.
