Our client, a leader in the RV industry, is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the office support staff, assisting with essential administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Edwardsburg, MI

Pay Range: $22-$24 per hour

Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Perform general filing and maintain organized office records

Enter orders accurately and efficiently, with a preference for RV industry experience

Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing

Support the office team with various administrative duties as needed

Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the office environment

What's Needed?

Previous experience in administrative support

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office software

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
