Our client, a dynamic organization in the Pompano Beach, FL area, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the team supporting leadership and operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements efficiently.

Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.

Assist in setting up workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizational tools.

Prepare, track, and manage documents, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Act as a liaison between teams, partners, and vendors, serving as a reliable gatekeeper and coordinator.

What's Needed?

Experience supporting a Founder or CEO with a busy schedule is preferred but not required.

Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs.

Comfortable working in entrepreneurial, fast-changing environments.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Office/Google Suite and project management tools.

Professional demeanor with the ability to act as a trusted right hand.
