As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in Daytona Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will support a positive experience for everyone on site. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and respond professionally to alarms or incidents, all while embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel, resort, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activities and monitor for unusual situations.

Observe and report any security-related concerns, hazards, or irregularities to the appropriate personnel as directed by Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points around the location.

Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Document occurrences and maintain accurate logs or reports as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
