Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest concerns and ensure smooth operations.

Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.

Monitor and control labor and expenses to meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications:

Experience in housekeeping and/or management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
