Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Macungie, Pennsylvania. This on-site role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are well-maintained and balanced.

Enter, review, and update financial data in the system while maintaining high attention to detail.

Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments are made.

Support technicians and drivers with administrative tasks and customer-related assistance.

Review financial reports and provide necessary updates or corrections.

Collaborate with team members to promote effective and seamless workflow.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to manage financial data effectively.

Requirements - Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to teamwork.

Ability to assist customers and support team members effectively.

Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.

Familiarity with invoice processing and financial reporting.
