The Litigation & Collections Strategy Manager opportunity is located in Malvern, PA and is a hybrid position.

Responsibilitiesand Qualifications

Prepare, compile, analyze, review, and verifyfinancial data for court presentations, including Proof of Claim forms andNotice of Appearance forms for applicable bankruptcy cases.

Perform all functions necessary for contractworkouts/buyouts, such as meeting with customers, reviewing financialinformation, obtaining asset values from other SFS personnel, initiatingrepossession activities, and proposing restructurings.

Supervise others in filing UCC's and ensuretimely follow-up on insurance matters.

Complete transaction summaries for seamlesshand-off to Portfolio, ensuring a smooth transition from Risk Management toactive status.

Manage all repossession and sales of assignedportfolio in cooperation with Asset Management.

Provide support to the VP of Workout asconditions develop, within the scope of VP of Workout activities andresponsibilities.

Gather, analyze, and make recommendations ontimely information in areas such as chargebacks to Siemens Operating Companies,Workout accounts, non-accrual, taxes, asset management repossession, specificreserves, outside counsel packages, the Risk Management report of Workoutaccounts, legal bills, and actual and potential losses.

Assist the VP of Workout with other key areaswithin SFS and Siemens Operating Company regarding customer and trendinformation to minimize damage to SFS and the Operating Company.

Accurately and promptly set up codetransactions in the system.

Facilitate rescheduling and rebooking ofworkout accounts as necessary

Basic Qualifications

Four-year college degree minimum.

Minimum five years of collection andnegotiation experience with past due accounts, with at least four years inleasing/secured lending

Preferred Qualifications .

Legal or litigation background preferred.

Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Knowledge and experience with UCC's, insurance,and financial statements.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word,PowerPoint, and Access.

Familiarity with Info Lease;generation/download manipulation is a plus.

Strong verbal and communication skillsrequired.

Ability to independently prioritize and manageworkload.

Familiarity with Cassiopae is desired.
