Package Consultant - Salesforce

CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Salesforce position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.

Deploy and support Riva and Autoforce applications.

Manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL best practices.

Participate in on-call rotation and maintain flexible scheduling to support business needs.

Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, and development tasks to ensure system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Skills:

Strong experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and development.

Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Experience with Riva and Autoforce deployment and support.

Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.

Ability to handle on-call rotations and flexible work schedules.

Experience:

Proven experience providing L2/L3 production support for Salesforce environments.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.

Experience in incident/problem/change management in enterprise environments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
