Manufacturing Process Standards Specialist We are seeking a
detail-oriented and process focused Standards Specialist to join our
Quality and Operations team. The Standards Specialist is responsible for
defining, maintaining, and improving product and operational standards
to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across manufacturing
processes. This role supports continuous improvement, drives standard
work procedures, and ensures alignment with internal and external

manufacturing environments What You Will Do Develop, maintain, and
update standard work procedures, process documentation, and visual aids
to ensure consistency and clarity across production lines Conduct
regular audits, gap analyses, and walkthroughs to verify adherence to
standards, identify deviations, and recommend corrective or preventive
actions Analyze process data such as process performance metrics, defect
rates, and downtime causes to identify trends, root causes, and
opportunities for process improvements Coordinate with cross-functional
teams such as Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, Quality to
embed standard practices, share best practices, and ensure alignment
with operational goals Lead and support continuous improvement
initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce variation, enhance safety,
and improve product quality Support onboarding and training of employees
on standard work methods, process controls, and documentation protocols
Maintain documentation control systems, ensure version integrity of
standard-work documents, and facilitate communication of changes to
relevant stakeholders Prepare reports summarizing standard compliance,
deviation trends, completed improvements, and associated metrics What
