Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for three key positions: Rework Technician, Tester, and Computer Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Technician.

Your ability to identify and attract top talent will be essential in supporting our organization's growth and ensuring we meet our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions, including Rework Technicians, Testers, and Computer Troubleshooting/Diagnostic Technicians.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.

Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific needs and expectations for each position.

Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts and attract top talent.

Skills and Qualifications:

Electronics manufacturing recruiting experience or experience supporting contract electronic manufacturing companies.

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively and make sound hiring recommendations.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with technical roles, including knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting, is a plus.
